Contributing authors are asked to provide permission to use their chapters in the audio series of 24, 30-minute programs based on the book published by Friends of the Goldendale Library in 2005. This project supported in part by a Klickitat County Historical Preservation grant.

Goldendale Community Radio Program Schedule

On March 21, 2016, KVGD-LP has been on air six months. Community support of the station continues to grow. Those who care about the station are gratified when more volunteers arrive to help with programming, fundraising, publicity, membership, station development and other essential tasks. Thank you to KVGD members for your support.

Programming is now 24/7! Syndicated shows fill the time slots, including DemocracyNow! which airs 11AM-12PM M-F on KVGD-LP. Native Voice One programming airs 2PM-3PM M-F on KVGD-LP and includes Native America Calling in the first hour block. Other NV1 programs you will hear on KVGD-LP are American Indian Living on Mondays, Earthsongs on Wednesday, and Voices From The Circle on Thursdays. These air at 2PM on those days and repeat at 5PM the following mornings.
